Step 3 · Welcome your community

Tap Tags, Tap Cards and Tap Stands for your church.

A tag on the back of every chair, a card in the welcome pack, a stand on the welcome desk. One tap and your church's own page opens on a visitor's phone: say hello, join a group, what's on, give. No app, no typing, no paper forms that get lost.

Tap. Their phone opens your church page.

This is our own church, Vision Church Bromley, where the first Tap Points live. A visitor holds their phone to the tag on the back of the chair in front of them. The page opens, they say hello, and it lands with the welcome team. Try it for yourself.

QR code for Vision Church's tap page

Point your phone's camera at the code, or open digitalgospel.uk/tap/vision. It's Vision Church Bromley's live tap page: every button goes to the real thing, from the Connect form to Sunday's talk.

Open Vision Church's page

This is exactly what one tap on a Vision Church tag, card or stand opens. Your church's page would carry your name, your colours and your links.

What you're buying

Four things. Three you can hold, one that lives on the phone.

Tap Tag

A small printed tag fixed to the back of each chair, so the person sitting behind can tap without leaving their seat or approaching anyone. Quiet, private, and there every week. Wipe-clean, with a tiny QR code for older phones.

The Tap Page

Your church's own page: your logo, your colours, your buttons, your links. Every tag, card and stand you own points to it, so one change updates everything. Hosted and looked after under Care.

Included with Care · £29 a month

Start with Tap Tags for the chairs. Have them point to a page you already have, or to a Tap Page we build and keep for you. Add Tap Cards and a Tap Stand whenever the church wants them. Order on the next page, by card or invoice.

Plain prices

Tap Tags for your chairs. Two ways to have them.

Where should a tap take your visitor? If you already have a page you're happy with, choose Tags only. If you'd like a page of your own that we build and keep up to date, choose Tags with a Tap Page.

Option 1

Tags only

£79 for 30 tags, one-off

You give us one link. We print the tags in your colours, program every one to that link, and post them to you. Nothing monthly.

30 printed Tap Tags, £2.63 each
Programmed to your website, giving page, form or WhatsApp
Tiny QR code on each tag for older phones

Option 2 · Most churches choose this

Tags with your Tap Page

£49 for 30 tags, then Care £29 a month

We build your church's own Tap Page: your logo, your colours, your buttons. Say hello, join a group, what's on, give. We host it and change it whenever you ask, so the tags never go out of date.

Questions pastors ask

Good questions, plain answers.

Does anyone need to install an app?

No. Modern iPhones and Android phones read a tap on their own and open the page in the normal browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.

What if a visitor's phone doesn't tap?

Every tag, card and stand carries a small QR code, and the page has a short web address you can read out. Nobody gets left out.

Can we change the link later if we chose tags only?

Every tag is programmed once. To send visitors somewhere new you would order fresh tags, or move to a Tap Page, where you change the buttons and the tags stay exactly as they are.

Why are the tags cheaper with Care?

Because Care pays for building and keeping your page. The tags themselves cost the same to make either way.

Can we change the buttons later on a Tap Page?

Yes. Under Care, link, button and text changes are done within two working days. You send a message; we make the change; every tag, card and stand points to the new page at once.

Where do the "say hello" details go?

To the email address or church system you choose, the moment someone presses send. We can also connect it to a ChurchSuite or Google Form if that's what your team already checks.

What happens if we stop Care?

After the first 12 months, stop whenever you like. The page is your church's: your logo, your links, your words. We hand it over rather than switch it off.

How long does it take?

Tags only: printed and posted within a few days of receiving your link. With a Tap Page: about a week from receiving your logo and links to tapping a tag at the door.

Free · no strings

See your church's tap page before you decide.

Tell us your church's name and website, and we'll send a mock-up of your page in your colours, with the buttons we'd suggest. Free, whether or not we ever work together.

Rather talk first? Book twenty minutes with Pastor Vlad.

We'll only use this to send your mock-up and reply to you.
